Laboratory Technician - Full Time (On‑site)

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Laboratory Technician to support cutting‑edge research in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you'll perform hands‑on laboratory work, contribute to data-driven discoveries, and help ensure the highest standards of scientific excellence.

What You'll Do

* Perform laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols and procedures

* Collect, analyze, and interpret data; prepare clear and accurate reports

* Maintain precise documentation of all laboratory activities and findings

* Ensure compliance with all quality control standards and regulatory requirements

* Assist in developing, validating, and implementing new laboratory procedures and techniques

* Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment

* Uphold strict safety guidelines and maintain an organized, compliant laboratory environment

* Collaborate closely with scientists and team members to support research goals

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field

* 1 year of clinical laboratory experience preferred

* Strong working knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, and standard laboratory procedures

* Familiarity with cGMP is a plus

* Experience using LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)

* Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with meticulous attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
