What You'll Do

* Run a variety of laboratory tests and experiments using established protocols

* Analyze data, interpret results, and generate clear, accurate reports

* Keep meticulous records of procedures, observations, and outcomes

* Support quality control efforts and ensure compliance with lab standards

* Help develop and optimize new techniques and workflows

* Operate, monitor, and maintain essential lab equipment

* Uphold safety standards while keeping the lab clean and organized

What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field

* Solid understanding of molecular biology, microbiology, and core lab procedures

* Experience with LIMS and data entry accuracy

* Strong analytical and mathematical skills

* Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus Skills

* Previous hands‑on lab experience

* Familiarity with cGMP environments

* Clinical laboratory experience (1+ year preferred)

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
