Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and experiments, analyzing data, and maintaining accurate records. Your expertise in molecular biology, microbiology, and laboratory procedures will be essential in ensuring the success of our research projects.

Responsibilities

* Perform laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols and procedures.

* Collect and analyze data, interpret results, and prepare reports.

* Maintain accurate records of all laboratory activities and findings.

* Ensure compliance with quality control standards and procedures.

* Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and techniques.

* Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

* Collaborate with other team members to achieve research goals.

Essential Skills

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, or related discipline).

* Strong knowledge of molecular biology, microbiology, and laboratory procedures.

* Proficiency in using laboratory information management systems (LIMS).

* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

* Strong math skills for data analysis.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred.

* Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus.

* Clinical laboratory experience: 1 year preferred.
