Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback; implementing change and guiding business solutions.;
Models and demonstrates customer service standards; addresses customer needs and resolves complaints; drives store's customer experience improvements.;
Drives financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; ensures sales and profit goals are achieved; manages merchandising and inventory.;
Supervises and develops hourly associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, and succession planning.;
Coordinates activities with key stakeholders, communicates objectives, tracks progress, identifies improvement opportunities, and promotes continuous learning.
