Senior HVAC Service Technician
Location: Branford, CT Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per Hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment and control systems
- Service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners, rooftop units, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed
- Communicate findings and recommendations with customers and management
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and safety standards
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems
- EPA Certification required or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Experience with boilers, controls, and refrigeration systems is a plus
- $40-$65 per hour based on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
