• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid $250 per month)

Work in a 11,000-square-foot,
professional
facility featuring 13 lifts, Hunter alignment and tire equipment, diagnostic scan tools, factory-level diagnostic equipment, and experienced technicians who enjoy mentoring and sharing knowledge.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, and other European vehicles while also performing basic performance upgrades on Japanese, Domestic, and Exotic vehicles. You'll work on advanced diagnostics, engine and timing systems, electrical repairs, drivability concerns, suspension, HVAC, drivetrain repairs, maintenance, and performance installations.

• Has a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver's license, professional tools, and at least 2 years of automotive repair experience (European vehicle experience required).
• Is technology-savvy and comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and software.
• Takes pride in their workmanship and maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Is motivated, dependable, adaptable, and enjoys solving complex problems.
• Communicates professionally with teammates while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Takes ownership, and contributes ideas that improve the shop-not just complete repair orders.
• Wants to be part of the bigger picture and help build a high‑performing team.
• Has a passion for learning, growing, and becoming a better technician every day.
• Is physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of an active automotive repair environment.
