Key Responsibilities:

* Safely operate assigned vehicles and follow all company policies and regulatory requirements

* Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any issues

* Maintain and follow routes and schedules with professionalism and punctuality

* Create a safe, positive environment by managing student behavior and ensuring all passengers' safety

What We're Looking For:

* Minimum age: 21 years

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Legally authorized to work in the United States

* For certified drivers:
Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + additional certifications required by your state for legal school bus operation

* For non-certified drivers:
Valid driver's license with 3+ years experience

* Willing to obtain and able to meet all state and federal requirements for CDL (training provided)

* Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

* Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily

* Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children
