Business Operations Coordinator

Description:

Pregnancy Life Line (PLL) is looking for a part-time Business Operations Coordinator, able to work 16-24 hours Monday through Thursday at PLL in Branson West. Compensation will be based on the skill set and experience of the successful candidate.

• Complete donor/donation data input and reporting
• Manage donor thank you note process
• Manage client data gathering, input and reporting
• Process donor tax credits
• Assist with financial data processes
• Purchase office supplies
• Perform Data Entry for New Client Intakes
• Look at procedures and processes for quality assurance
• Grant writing

Skills and Traits

• Proficient in MS Word
• Competent in Excel spreadsheets (update existing spreadsheets, create simple spreadsheets, extract data from spreadsheets)
• Familiar with Canva or MS Publisher (not a required skill as we can teach it, but a definite plus)
• Strong communication skills
