The RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, managing details, and keeping projects organized. This role combines customer service, inside sales, marketing support, and administrative coordination.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and projects
- Evaluate needs and recommend signage solutions
- Prepare estimates, enter orders, and track projects
- Coordinate between customers and production for quality and timeliness
- Manage social media, Google Business profile, and website updates
- Support marketing outreach to existing clients
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with collections
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and professional
- Customers feel heard, informed, and confident
- Orders are accurate, and projects stay on track
- Communication is clear between customers and production
- Marketing channels stay current and professional
- Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
$17 - $20 hourly
