We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with people, managing details, and keeping projects organized. This role combines customer service, inside sales, marketing support, and administrative coordination.

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and projects
• Evaluate needs and recommend signage solutions
• Prepare estimates, enter orders, and track projects
• Coordinate between customers and production for quality and timeliness
• Manage social media, Google Business profile, and website updates
• Support marketing outreach to existing clients
• Maintain accurate customer records and assist with collections
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and professional

• Customers feel heard, informed, and confident
• Orders are accurate, and projects stay on track
• Communication is clear between customers and production
• Marketing channels stay current and professional

• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

$17 - $20 hourly
