The Contact Center is operational six days a week. A part‑time Customer Service Representative will work five of those six days. Shift schedule options are 8:00 am – 3:00 pm or 8:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (on Mondays the shift starts at 8:15 am). It may be necessary to work as late as 7:45 pm with a later start time. Some Saturdays will be required.
The shift includes an unpaid lunch break of 30–60 minutes. Total hours per week: 28.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer the highest level of quality Customer Service, assisting guests over the phone and in person (for Box Office).
- Professionally and graciously address difficult problems or situations.
- Learn and use appropriate computer systems, including Showtix, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Talkdesk.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with leadership and the broader team.
- Complete daily tasks related to guest reservations promptly.
- Demonstrate and support Sight & Sound culture in interactions with guests and team members.
- Maintain awareness of sales and business policies and procedures set by leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
- Solid typing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Remain calm and rational under pressure and time demands in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness, desire, and ability to learn and serve.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving in partnership with leadership.
Physical Demands: Typical desk job. Sit or stand most of the day. Occasionally lift up to 10 lbs. Full physical requirements available upon request.

Preferred QualificationsPreferred Education:
High School or better.
Preferred Experience:
Less than 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
