What You'll Do- Design and update CAD drawings for roads, utilities, parks, and public infrastructure projects.
- Collect field data and assist with surveying, layout, and staking using specialized equipment.
- Support engineering projects by creating maps, plans, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Help bring public improvement projects to life—from initial design through construction support.
- Collaborate with engineers and survey teams to build the future of Branson.
- Graduation from an accredited technical school program or a college or university with an Associates of Technology degree in Civil Technology.
- Directly related full-time work experience, as determined by the Department Director, of four (4) or more years' full-time employment in technical engineering may be substituted for formal education or training.
- Two years of progressively responsible and successful full-time employment in technical engineering, to include drafting, surveying, and mapping, as part of the duties.
- Two years of experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screenings.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The starting hourly wage is $28.04 per hour and will increase to $29.16 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.
WORK HOURS:Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
WORK LOCATION:City of Branson, Missouri;
City Hall. This is an in-office position requiring work to be performed onsite.
