THE POLAR EXPRESS™ is a licensed event through Rail Events Inc. and Warner Brothers Studios. It is a theatrical show based on the movie THE POLAR EXPRESS™ that takes place on a moving train. The POLAR EXPRESS™ Steward is the primary source of entertainment for our guests, welcoming passengers aboard, leading Christmas carols, playing various characters, and serving as the guide throughout the show.

• Entertain 24-42 guests per show, 2-3 shows per night.
• Safely board and de‑board guests.
• Clean and inventory props.
• Serve hot chocolate and cookies to guests aboard the train.
• Maintain a clean work environment (tidy car between trips, wipe windows, clear tables, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Outgoing, friendly, and engaging personality.
• High energy and ability to perform multiple shows per night.
• Experience in acting or dancing strongly preferred.
• Comfortable performing in front of crowds of 50 or less.
• Ability to sing and lead carols.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in cold, snowy, and otherwise inclement winter weather.
• Work in uneven or unsteady spaces onboard a moving train.
