We’re looking for someone who loves being outdoors and enjoys varied tasks each day. Your patrols will include directing traffic before the park opens, operating a tram in the morning, and providing friendly, safe service to guests from across the country. All work is performed on a historic 1880s theme park that operates rain or shine—so a team member must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

This position starts now and ends 01/02/2027.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Direct vehicle traffic to appropriate parking areas and into parking spaces.
• Assist paid parking guests as necessary.
• Provide safe transportation to and from the park by tram.
• Provide information and safety instructions to a large number of guests.
• Assist guests in locating their vehicles and directing them to the appropriate waiting areas or walkways.
• Give announcements over a microphone.
• React calmly and quickly in emergency situations.
• Keep assigned areas clean of trash, natural debris, and bodily fluids.
• Be comfortable working near moving mechanical parts.
• Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and PCI standards.

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to perform essential duties safely and effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Stand on uneven terrain, inclines, asphalt, and concrete.
• Walk up/down steps, uneven and sloped surfaces up to 0.5 miles one way.
• Frequently sit and stand.
• Climb stairs/ladders and maneuver on an employee shuttle bus.
• Perform repetitive motions such as bending and twisting.
• Use hands to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Speak and hear clearly.
• See near/far, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
