This is an onsite, full‑time role, giving you the chance to work closely with a team of respected, experienced professionals who are committed to excellence, integrity, and creative solutions for our customers.

As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting daily back‑office banking operations. Your primary focus will include wire transfers, Regulation E dispute processing, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)–related functions. You'll ensure transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with federal regulations and internal policies. You'll also assist with internal projects to improve efficiency, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in team meetings to share ideas and contribute to operational excellence.

Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity are essential.
