Controller
We are partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Branson, Missouri that is seeking a Controller to lead their accounting and financial operations. This is a high-impact role with direct visibility to leadership and the ability to drive process improvements, reporting accuracy, and strategic decision-making.
The salary range will be $80,000 - $120,000 DOE with phenomenal benefits and opportunity to be a part of a growing company!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
- Lead the financial close process ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Prepare and review financial statements and internal reporting packages
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and all regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop accounting staff, building a strong, scalable team
