Position Overview /Duties
  • Critically evaluates, analyzes, and integrates the estimates and develops proposals for the operation of UCIC programs. Utilizes Corps budget tools, currently CEFMS and P2 to create and maintain unified and balanced budget and schedules for UCIC O&M and OMA projects based on knowledge of project scheduling criteria, programming criteria, National and Corps objectives, budget constraints and UCIC priorities.
  • Oversees the preparation of the Center’s costs including labor, travel materials and supplies, rent and utilities, reproduction, contracts, reimbursable work, ADP cost and facility accounts. Formulates an operating budget to cover total cost of operating the Center for the fiscal year.
  • Serves as team lead for the UCIC administrative team. Plans the overall work and organization of the administrative team, ensuring an efficient, responsible, and effective operation. Develops and implements procedures within the team and coordinates with the other UCIC teams.
  • Serves as backup for time and attendance and travel.

  • The incumbent is required to file an OGE Form 450, Financial Disclosure Report upon entering on duty in this position and annually thereafter.
  • This position is eligible for situational telework.
  • This position requires that you obtain FMC
    02-Financial Management Certification Level II within two (2) years of entry on duty.
  • Incumbent must obtain and maintain the following requirements for each Cyber work role (except Data, AI, and/or Software Engineering) at the assigned proficiency level:
    1) Foundational qualification requirements within 9 months,
    2) Resident qualification requirements within 12 months,
    3) 20 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) per work role code (which can overlap).
