Job Description

Pay Rate:$18/ hour – Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

Housekeeping leaders, this opportunity is for you!

We are looking for an exceptional Housekeeping Supervisor to lead with calm authority and genuine pride in their work. In this resort‑style environment, you’ll guide your team through the flow of each day, ensuring spaces feel welcoming, effortless, and impeccably presented. Your leadership will inspire others, setting the standard for service and drawing people to you through professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Be in the driver’s seat, guiding your team toward daily success with clear direction and support.
  • Assign duties to housekeeping team members while conducting ongoing inspections to ensure exceptional standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring timely follow‑up and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise assigned teams, maintaining a positive, productive, and service‑focused environment.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays if required.
