Rock Lane Resort is seeking a reliable and attentive Pool Attendant to join our team in Branson, MO. This is a flex role supporting both our Infinity Pool and Family Pool areas. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and enforce resort policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Infinity Pool and Family Pool areas.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as checking pool equipment and replenishing supplies.
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents in accordance with resort protocols.
- Flexibly rotate between the Infinity Pool and Family Pool as needed to support operations.
- Previous experience in a pool attendant or similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
