Inspector, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering, Hotel Housekeeping

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Inspector to join our team at our resort in Branson, MO. The Inspector will be responsible for overseeing the work of the housekeeping team to ensure that all guest accommodations and common areas are clean, well‑maintained, and fully prepared for our guests’ arrival. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our resort and ensuring a positive guest experience.

• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and common areas after housekeeping has completed their work to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Verify that all amenities and supplies are properly stocked and in good condition.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
• Ensure compliance with resort standards and health and safety regulations.
• Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with management to continuously improve housekeeping processes and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in housekeeping inspection or a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and hospitality industry best practices is a plus.
