Housekeeping Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver efficient and high-quality service
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulations
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, staffing, and supply needs for management review
- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality management is a plus
