Myer Hotels is looking for a positive and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. The ideal candidate has brilliant communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and owners on arrival.
  • Check in and out guests.
  • Take incoming calls and in‑person bookings.
  • Answer guests’ questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  • Generate reservation folios and collect payments.
  • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contact the appropriate department.
  • Prepare and consistently restock the front desk supplies, including preparing arrival packets.
  • Sell show and attraction tickets upon request from guests through our online concierge service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your leader.
Qualifications
  • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
  • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent.
  • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
  • At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred.
Compensation

$16 per hour + employee discounts.
