Legends Global in Branson, MO seeks a skilled F&B Captain to lead banquets, concessions, coffee cart and events. You will supervise event service from planning to teardown and stay in contact with the host to ensure guest satisfaction.
You must supervise staff, know the menu, handle POS, enforce policies, and maintain safety. Expect daytime and evening events, with possible weekends, including outdoor settings.
