Hotel Assistant General Manager

Myer Hospitality, a family-owned leader in the Ozarks hospitality market, seeks a Hotel Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at our award-winning properties. In this hands-on role, you'll help lead front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, quality accommodations, and brand standards. Responsibilities include staffing support, training, scheduling, guest recovery, cost control, and safety oversight. Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with daily hotel operations, staffing, and guest service standards
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth, efficient shifts
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and handle escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching of hotel associates
• Help manage budgets, labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
• Ensure brand standards, safety, and cleanliness are consistently met across the property
• Coordinate with sales and marketing efforts to support occupancy and revenue goals
• Prepare reports and communicate operational updates to leadership
