Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Ensure all guest requests and special needs are promptly addressed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets, supply carts, and storage areas
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed to support team operations

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple rooms efficiently
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
