Position: OPC Agent / Community Marketing Agent

Reports To: OPC Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do:

You are the first impression of the Capital Vacations experience. You’ll:

• Engage guests in a fun, professional way
• Invite and qualify couples and individuals to attend a vacation ownership presentation
• Create excitement around our brand
• Maintain accurate guest information and production standards
• Collect and submit guest deposits when applicable
• Represent Capital Vacations at community events, home shows, fairs, festivals, retail activations, and promotional pop-ups

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Sales or marketing experience preferred (not required)
• Confident communicator who can overcome objections
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
• Positive, outgoing personality
