The Mission Operations Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for missionaries after they express interest or commit to a mission trip. This role is responsible for ensuring every traveler is informed, prepared, encouraged, and supported throughout the entire journey. You will coordinate communications and administrative processes while creating an outstanding experience for every team member (it may involve coordinating logistics, receiving payments, and making travel arrangements).
