$15, 000 sign-on bonus

Pay: $28.00 - $42.00/hour + generous shift differentials
The Registered Nurse
Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Labor and Delivery
Schedule:
3x12s, night shift (7: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM) - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan with this Registered Nurse position
- Full Benefits package, including 401k, Employee Wellness Program, and Tuition Assistance
- Directs and supervises nursing care of OB patients and their newborns
- Directs activities of LPNs
- Actively participates in committees or projects for the improvement of nursing care
- Participates in educational programs for nursing service personnel, patients and student nurses.
- Evaluates patients on admission, assesses patient and newborn needs throughout hospital stay. Keeps care plans current
Qualifications:
- RN license in Arkansas or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Associate s Degree in Nursing required;
BSN preferred
- BLS and ACLS required (or must be willing to obtain upon hire)
- 1 year of experience preferred, but welcome new graduates
