Schedule:
40 hours per week, Night Shift from 6:30PM to 7:00AM.
Flex nurse duties include assessing, planning, evaluating, and implementing patient care in accordance with accepted standards of practice and organizational policy. Responsibilities also include administering medications and treatments, performing documentation, and providing education to patients and families. Flex Nurses are assigned throughout Branson Hospital, with varying schedules and unit assignments, and must maintain a broad medical knowledge to care for a diverse patient population.
The position qualifies for a float pay differential.
Additional benefits for qualified candidates include: $20,000 sign‑on bonus, 120 hours of front‑loaded paid time off, up to $4,000 relocation bonus, $1.00 certification pay, $1.00 BSN pay, and career ladder bonus eligibility up to $5,000.

Education
- Required:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
Experience
- Required:
One (1) year of critical care or emergency room experience OR two (2) years of medical/surgical experience.

Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Required:
Active RN license in the state of Missouri. - Required:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 90 days. - Required:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire.
