Registered Nurse - Branson ED Evening Shift

Weekly hours: 36. Shift: Evening Shift from 2:30 PM to 3:00 AM.

The Emergency Department nurse provides professional nursing care during the initial phase of acute illness or trauma for patients of all ages. The ED nurse triages and determines priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs as well as patient flow factors. The ED nurse works quickly to assess the needs of each patient, prioritize care based on critical nature, stabilizes patients, initiates treatment, discharges the patient after the emergency is over or arranges for a longer hospital stay.

• Assess and triage patients upon arrival.
• Determine priority of care based on physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Stabilize patients and initiate appropriate treatment protocols.
• Discharge patients or arrange for transfer to inpatient units.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Previous nursing experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership abilities.
• Sound time management and critical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multitasking environment.

• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.

• Up to $4,000 sign‑on bonus.
