DC Lounge Registered Nurse

Job Title

The Discharge Lounge Nurse specializes in providing care completion for the discharging patient, including written and verbal discharge instructions. The discharge lounge nurse will collaborate and communicate with the care team to ensure all discharge milestones are met. The Discharge Lounge nurse will keep records and provide patients and families with support and education. The Discharge Lounge nurse maintains a wide array of medical care knowledge to care for and educate a diverse group of patients.

Education:

Required:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Experience:

Preferred:
Previous nursing experience
