* Summary:

** Legends/ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher at the Branson Convention Center.
*
* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Must have positive attitude.
* Reports to work in proper uniform according to the scheduled time.
* Follows instructions for each event as given by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef
* Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
* Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition.
* Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas.
* Prepare and package individual place settings.
* Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
* Sweep and scrub floors.
* Clean and prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
* Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies.
* Receive and store supplies.
* Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks.
* Clean garbage cans with water or steam.
* Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

* Working Conditions:

*** The working hours are scheduled based on the needs the facility. PART-TIME ON-CALL scheduling.
* There is no guarantee of hours on a weekly basis.
* Must have reliable transportation and be able to report to work as scheduled.
* Maintain a client service oriented attitude.
* Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays and can work flexible schedules

* Must be 18 years of age or older

** Education and/or

Experience:

*** Possess a High School diploma or GED with (1) year of related experience.
* At least two (2) years of experience in a Food & Beverage environment.
*
* Skills and Abilities:

*** Ability to understand and follow direction
* Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
* Ability to complete required pre-employment food service training, if applicable
* Ability to work in a team
* Positive attitude and neat appearance
* English preferred as primary language, but not required
*
* Working Conditions:

*** Will be in contact with chemical cleaning agents
* Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans, scalds and burns, slipping and tripping
* Frequently immerses hands in water; works frequently in a hot and damp environment
