• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling food and kitchen equipment.
• Participate in daily prep work and assist in menu development as needed.
• Support the kitchen team during peak service times to ensure timely delivery of meals.

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time.
