Kitchen Manager – Scratch Kitchen

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll lead back-of-house operations, develop a strong culinary team, and ensure every dish meets scratch-made quality standards. You’ll oversee food and labor costs, kitchen systems, and food safety while fostering a positive, high-energy culture.

• Lead daily BOH operations in a fast-paced scratch kitchen.
• Hire, train, and coach kitchen staff.
• Manage food prep, inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with FOH on menus, specials, and events.

• 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience (scratch kitchen preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food cost, labor, and kitchen operations.
• Passion for high-quality, consistent food.
