Retail Sales Associate (part‑time) is a valued member of a high‑ terutama team who is empowered and equipped to do their job. You will know why your work matters and take pride in what you do.

The anticipated rate for this position is $16.50 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Associates (and their families) are eligible to participate in a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short‑term disability. Eligible associates can enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan and accrue up to mulig 152 hours of paid time off per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).

Paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law.

Hours:

6 a.m. – 10 p.m. (respectful scheduling; evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed).

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; adherence to attendance policy is necessary.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to intermittently lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift.
