Sales Lead (Key Holder) – Branson, MO

Jockey is seeking an energetic Sales Lead (Key Holder) to join our team in Branson, MO. The sales lead will provide excellent customer service aligned with Jockey’s service principles, drive store goals and maximize sales, and assist with opening and closing the store.

• Provide feedback, coaching, and direction to the store team.
• Offer a warm, sincere greeting to all guests, including the current promotional message and suggestive selling.
• Engage guests to identify their needs and use product knowledge to provide solutions.
• Promote company programs (e.g., Rewards participation, satisfaction guarantee).
• Promote awareness and excitement to grow Jockey Rewards® membership.
• Assist in driving all aspects of store‑level sales, goals, and profitability.
• Perform various sales and register transactions, including ringing purchases, processing cash or credit payments, and counting money.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management, including opening and closing the store per Jockey’s policies.
• Assist with merchandising (stock, markdowns, visuals) in accordance with established visual standards.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Support hiring and recruiting efforts.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• 1 year of management experience.
• Three years of retail or customer service experience with a proven passion for extraordinary guest service and sales.

• Ability to move 25 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and ascending/descending ladders to stock and merchandise the store.
• Ability to work with/around cleaning chemicals.
