Position: Aerie - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time)
American Eagle -  - Responsibilities:
Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects Brand Standards.;
Train and coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, and ensure Floorset areas are executed to standards.;
Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep the store in top shape.;
Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments and replenishment to keep the store fresh.;
Foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins while ensuring store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
