Position Overview

Objectives of the Role

Deliver exceptional service that leads to repeat visits and long-term customer loyalty

Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals through suggestive selling and promotions

Educate customers on product features and benefits, offering recommendations when appropriate

Maintain a clean, organized showroom with a warm, welcoming atmosphere

Represent Brashears with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

Treat all customers with courtesy and respect

Responsibilities

Greet every customer as they enter the showroom

Assist customers with questions, product selection, and requests

Complete purchases and returns accurately at the register

Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Strong computer and technology skills

Competent basic math skills

Friendly, professional, customer-focused demeanor
