IT’SUGAR is a candy retailer with over 100 locations nationwide, focusing on humor and an energetic atmosphere.

We are looking for a fun and dynamic Retail Keyholder to join our team. As a Retail Keyholder, you will deliver a sweet customer experience while promoting our brand. Responsibilities include front‑floor customer service, store merchandising, register duties, and opening/closing.

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service – Assist customers, engage using SUGARTAINMENT, maintain visual standards, operate POS.
• Achieve Sales Goals – Follow through on customer requests, recommend additional products, use selling skills.
• Support Store Operations – Maintain cash records, open/close, merchandises displays, assist special events, handle loss prevention, maintain sales floor/backroom/restroom.
• Embody Our Core Values – Represent positivity, playfulness, presence, and difference making; display enthusiasm and teamwork.

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months in similar retail role preferred.
• Flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Proficient with POS/cash register.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with assistance.
