About the Role
As the Store Manager at Pandora, you will immerse yourself in our brand culture, leading a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor while driving sales and coaching your team.
Responsibilities- Empower a team of sales staff to become passionate brand ambassadors.
- Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
- Go beyond commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to set new records.
- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations, with excellent product knowledge.
- Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and accountability.
- Build loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections.
- Recruit top talent for Pandora, covering Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
- Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to address performance issues and policy violations.
- Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and continuous talent development.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach.
- Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
- Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver measurable results.
- Skill in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
- Minimum age 18 years and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
Competitive compensation package: base salary $58,500‑$73,000 (commensurate with experience) plus bonus opportunities, 401(k) plan.
