About the Role

As the Store Manager at Pandora, you will immerse yourself in our brand culture, leading a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor while driving sales and coaching your team.

Responsibilities
  • Empower a team of sales staff to become passionate brand ambassadors.
  • Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
  • Go beyond commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to set new records.
  • Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations, with excellent product knowledge.
  • Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real‑time feedback and accountability.
  • Build loyal customers by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections.
  • Recruit top talent for Pandora, covering Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
  • Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to address performance issues and policy violations.
  • Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, operational processes, and continuous talent development.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a caring approach.
  • Ability to charm and captivate audiences, connecting with people at all levels.
  • Business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver measurable results.
  • Skill in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, with succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365) and retail POS systems.
  • Minimum age 18 years and ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
