RETAIL MANAGER
STATUS: PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)
ABOUT THE COMPANYBallparks of America and Sho-Me Baseball delivers the ultimate tournament experience for players, families, and coaches for Branson West, MO.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer service
- Operate an electronic cash register and credit card machine
- Perform basic mathematical computations
- Balance drawer and manage daily income
- Communicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly manner
- Maintain stock and inventory counts
- Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying merchandise from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas
- Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawer
- Inspect orders and mitigate any issues before printing
- Operate automatic and manual screen-printing presses
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of the press
- All other duties as assigned by management
- Must be able to work weekends
- Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons
- One year of customer service experience with general public preferred
- Prior experience in the retail or merchandise industry preferred
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Facility has intermittent noise
