Position Summary

Recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs, completing and overseeing job‑related activities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives that meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability for results, addressing improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning. Providing supervision and development opportunities through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing contributions, and fostering a belonging mindset.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting the Walmart mission, values, and ethics, implementing action plans, utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy and guidance on business processes. Benefits

Awarded a competitive pay range of $65,000.00 – $ with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • For facilities that sell firearms, a successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required.
  • For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state‑specific requirements, a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
  • Associates are required to attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications

Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no preferred qualifications.

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
