Sales Administrator

Location: Branson, Missouri 65616

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team in Branson, Missouri. The Sales Administrator will support the sales department by managing sales documentation, coordinating communication between the sales teams and customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

• Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives, customers, and other departments.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in sales forecasting.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in sales administration or a related role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
