Retail Sales Consultant for Wellness Technology Products
Description: Tuning Element is looking for a confident, purpose-driven sales professional who wants to do meaningful work, serve people well, and earn based on performance. We are a Branson-based wellness technology company offering non-powered, frequency-based jewelry and accessories designed to support pain management, recovery, focus, hydration, sleep, and overall wellness. Our products are drug‑free, easy to use, and demonstrated in person with customers.
We offer hourly-based pay and commissions. This is not a basic retail cashier position. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, asking good questions, giving live product demonstrations, and helping customers choose the right wellness support.
- Welcome customers in our Branson showroom
- Learn and present Tuning Element wellness technology
- Guide customers through live product demonstrations
- Listen to customer goals and recommend appropriate products
- Handle questions with confidence and care
- Close sales with integrity
