• Lead guests on a tour of model units and convert them into Vacation Club Owners or upgrade existing owners’ memberships.
• Present and inform guests about benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations.
• Call managers to provide financial options for potential ownership.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.
• Comply with company policies, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in resort sales preferred.
• Professional image with tenacious attitude and motivation to succeed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel for road shows.

• Commissions paid weekly with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
