Sales Consultant

Overview

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Vacation Sales Consultant to directly sell ownership products to prospective purchasers. The role involves discovering prospect needs and presenting how being a HICV owner adds value, while delivering professional and ethical service.

• Conduct guest presentations and tours as scheduled, including tours of the Sales Gallery, Resort Property, and Model Tour.
• Attend ongoing training classes and participate in demonstrations/assessments with Sales Managers and Sales Training Managers.
• Provide coaching and action plans as directed by Sales Training Managers and Sales Managers. Explain the features and benefits of the points program and recommend the number of points to address vacation needs.
• Deliver high levels of customer service to all guests and owners to ensure a positive sales tour experience. Achieve personal and departmental objectives as defined during the fiscal year.
