As a Sales Representative / OPC Greeter
, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Westgate Resorts Marketing Team
. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you will engage with vacationers, promote the Westgate Resorts experience, and encourage qualified guests to visit our resort properties by offering exclusive discounts on attraction tickets and vacation packages.

In addition to generating tour opportunities, you will assist with booking room nights, selling attraction tickets, and providing concierge-style services that help create memorable vacation experiences. Your ability to build rapport, identify guest needs, and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to your success.

• Utilize a consultative sales approach to overcome objections, identify guest needs, and confidently close opportunities.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions, ticket sales, and guest reservations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Stay informed on current promotions, resort offerings, and attraction pricing to provide guests with the most compelling vacation packages and savings opportunities.
