• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hospitality location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor directions and/or inquiries, and help support orderly operations during routine activities and high-traffic periods.
• Support hotel and resort operations by reporting maintenance-related concerns, disturbances, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel in accordance with posted instructions.

• Possess 2 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
