As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Branson, MO
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As a Security Officer at a premier hotels and resorts location, you will conduct routine patrols, operate a vehicle as part of a driving post, remain visible to help deter incidents, and assist guests, visitors, and team members with exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel and resort grounds, guest areas, parking locations, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Monitor access points and support adherence to property entry, visitor, and parking procedures while maintaining a welcoming presence for guests.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observations in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
