Description
Are you a skilled maintenance professional with a passion for keeping facilities and equipment running smoothly?
We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and take charge of repairing and operating our plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other mechanical systems. You will also work on exciting special projects and new construction to ensure our company's properties meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Duties
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all properties and equipment to keep them in top condition.
• Conduct inspections on all resort units before guest arrival to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with properties and equipment and determine the best repair or replacement strategies.
• Install new equipment and systems as needed to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Participate in special projects such as flooring, painting, drywall, power washing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, framing, pool & hot tub maintenance, concrete, and other general maintenance or construction projects.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other related fields desired.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other mechanical systems.
• Capable of reading and accurately interpreting blueprints, schematics and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as well as being able to stand, walk or bend for extended periods of time.
