HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our resort maintenance team and help keep our guest spaces comfortable year-round.

The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining all resort HVAC systems, including guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house facilities. This role is critical to ensuring guest satisfaction through timely response and expert‑level service.

• Install, inspect and maintain HVAC systems across the resort property.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to minimize guest disruption.
• Maintain equipment logs and repair records.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local codes and resort standards.

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (resort, hospitality or commercial property experience preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• HVAC certification or trade school training a plus.
